A new name, with an identity to prove.
Frontier Law Partners was becoming Frontline Law Partners. More than a change in name, this was a chance for a young, bold team of professionals to reintroduce themselves with greater clarity and confidence. The new identity needed to feel distinct from their past and make their renewed presence immediately felt.
The Approach
Our conversations with the team revealed a quality that felt central to who they were: clarity within complexity. They worked in a field shaped by interpretation, argument and grey areas, but approached it with the confidence of people who knew their skill. We looked to one of law’s most enduring symbols: the scales of justice. Traditionally, the scales represent balance and impartial judgment, with evidence, rights, arguments and competing claims weighed before a decision is reached. Rather than reproduce the symbol, we reduced its principle to a contemporary act of balance.
The Solve
A circle becomes the fulcrum. A line holds its balance. Together, they form a minimal mark for Frontline: precise, controlled and quietly challenging. A contemporary expression of a legal practice built on clarity, judgment and the confidence to hold its ground. The logo creates an assurance, giving the new name a clear and recognisable presence.
